Background
Rgveda 10.191 is set in the background of a sacrifice (Yajna) by assembly of priests, in which Agni which is the messenger that takes the oblations to devas, is addressed. It has great message for 'team' or 'groups' of people working together.

Rgveda 10.191 - Hymns to Agni
Together completely youthfully masculine agni, Universal Lord, in the altar (place of offering), fill up our wealth. Moving together, Speaking together, understanding minds together, oh deva, we worship with no divisions, understanding/aligning together before itself. Assembling equal/appropriate mantras, mind with thoughts, chanting equal/appropriate mantras, I offer equal/appropriate havis/oblations. Assembling actions and appropriately equal hearts, let my mind equally/appropriately be in your good company.
Priests invoke agni (in the Yajna) to fill the altar, provide abundance (in the yajna), while yhey move/speak/know together, worship with no divisions, assembling equal mantras, mind with thoughts, chant mantras equally, offering oblations appropriately, assembling actions and hearts, making minds to be in the good company of Agni.
Rgveda 10.191 - A message for any group that works together
The priests who chant mantras in a Yajna set the right 'template' for any team or group that works together. They speak together, move together in Unison, their minds are totally synchronized, without divisions their minds are aligned before the start of the assembly itself. They chant equal mantras, mind and thoughts aligned, provide correct oblations. The actions and hearts of their assembly is aligned and their minds are in the good company of agni, the messenger of gods.
So any team or groups that work together can chant these mantras to tell themselves how they should align and function in unison.

பிரியாதது போலமுன்பே ஒன்றறிந்து போற்றுவோம்
இணையாய் மந்த்ரம் மன்றம் இணைத்து
இணையாய் மனதுடன் எண்ணம் எல்லாம்
இணையாய்மந்த்ரம் ஓதிடவே உன் இணையான ஹவிஸ் அளிப்பேன்

ஒன்றாய் ஏகி ஒன்றாய் பேசி ஒன்றாய் மனதால் உணர்ந்து
பிரியாதது போலமுன்பே ஒன்றறிந்து போற்றுவோம்
saM (together ) gacchadvam (move/go) saM (together) vadhadvam (speak) saM (together) va (or) manamsi (minds) jAnatAm (understanding/knowing) oh deva abhagam (divisionless) yatha (like) formerly (purve) together (saM) know/understand/inform (jAnAnA) worship (upasate)
Moving together, Speaking together, understanding minds together, oh deva, we worship with no divisions knowing together before itself.

samÀnam mantram abhi mantraye vaH samÀnena vo haviSÀ juhomi ||
இணையாய் மந்த்ரம் மன்றம் இணைத்து
இணையாய் மனதுடன் எண்ணம் எல்லாம்
இணையாய்மந்த்ரம் ஓதிடவே உன் இணையான ஹவிஸ் அளிப்பேன்
