Executive Summary of Rgveda Mandala 5 Hymn 74
Atri is the neutrino-decoupling event in the early Universe that allows the EM interactions to gain upper hand and evolve the Universe further. Vasus are atoms/molecule based matter forms. Asvins, the electromagnetic field, flow, post the neutrino decoupling, strengthening the vasus.
The nasatyas, the EM radiation flow like rivers together and are heard by all that are born. This radiation heats up the evolutionary sacrifice and their constant engagement drives the evolution. They excite the consciousness/force and thoughts/flux in all domains. Like an assaulting lion that captures enemies by its feet, the EM radiation captures all. They shake vigorously all matter forms and create the 'kAma' or excitations in them repeatedly.
Universe is a celestial lotus. A Lotus arises from deep inside the waters, from the underlying mud, blossoms above the water and sinks back into waters, only to blossom again. This is how Universe also blossoms. If we assume energy is the water, dark-matter is the mud, then Universe is the 'matter' form that blossoms on top of water and mud. It would eventually sink back into the water (energy) only to rise again.
Asvins become the subtle property of this Universe, the celestial lotus, by exciting the particles of Universe again and again. They are present as the subtle property in all the expressions of the Universe either as suppressed EM binding between matter forms or EM discharges between matter forms.
The EM discharges carry away the mortal forms of matter and spread them all over the Universe. Thus the asvins, the EM field, become the vehicles of intelligence in the evolutionary sacrifice or Yajna. They carry multiple types of forces in our life, fastest moving of all the forces. They deliver these forces like an eagle/hawk, swiftly, silently.
Asvins, the electromagnetic field, mix/minge the different branches of vasus, the atomic matter forms in this sacrifice and thus evolve these matter forms.
Summary of Rgveda Mandala 5 Hymn 74
Asvins, the electromagnetic field, flow strengthening the vasus (atoms based matter forms) as atri unclothes them. Asvins, the electromagnetic field are the most prominent of the devas in the first luminary systems that evolve out of 'vasus', the atom-based matter forms.
Vasus are atoms/molecule based matter forms. Asvins are the twin-headed electromagnetic field. Atri is the neutrino-decoupling event in the early Universe that allows the EM interactions to gain upper hand and evolve the Universe further.
The nasatyas, the EM radiation is illusively, non-illusively heard in the luminary systems where, in which then they both flow like river together in all that are born (jane).
The chariot/ratha or the Electromagnetic field of the nasatyas (the electromagnetic radiation), whose travel, whose approach, whose constant engagement, heats up our sacrifices, whose fighting spirit then drives our evolution.
Nasatyas, the EM radiation, excite the consciousness/force and thoughts/flux, cause their flow, is the exciter, conqueror (of all) by exciting them. Like an assaulting lion that captures enemies by its feet, the EM radiation captures all.
The nasatyas, the EM radiation, shakes vigorously the bodies from which it is not released. If they do repeatedly, those are the subtle excitations of the celestial lotus (the Universe).

In all the interacting/evolving materials of the Universe (zriya), you both (the asvins, the EM field) are equally seen, present in all the expressions. Being heard and not departing in the suppressed as well as expressed EM discharges (thunderbolts) in the atomic matter forms (vasus).
These expressed EM discharges (thunderbolts) are those that carry away the mortal forms (like a thief), in multiples (ways or places). They are the vehicles of intelligence for the wise in the evolutionary sacrifice or yajna.
Of all the chariots, the asvins, the EM field are the best/swift going ones. They carry across the multiple consciousness/forces in our life, moving rapidly like arrows in all mortal forms.
You both (asvins, the electromagnetic field) become our glorious ones along with madhu, the weak interaction. Like an eagle/hawk deliver apparently/stealthily, you deliver the consciousness on this side of the unconscious matter forms.
In this sacrifice, the asvins which place force/consciousness any time are heard. They mix/mingle the branches of vasus/atomic matter forms. Both asvins are the mixers/uniters of the branches of the vasus.

kūṣṭho devāv aśvinādyā divo manāvasū |
tac chravatho vṛṣaṇvasū atrir vām ā vivāsati ||
The prominent part/mouth/cavity (kustha) of the devas (devav) asvins (asvin) the first (adyA) the luminary systems/dawn/day/heavens (diva) vasus with manas (manavasu) . that (tat) streaming/flowing (zravato) masculinity/strength vasu (vrsan vasu) atri (atrir) both (vam) shines/naked/unclothed/separated/banished (vivasati)

Whose (kam) journey/travel (yatah), whose (kam) certainly come near/approach (gachata), whose fixed/constantly (acha) engaged (yunjate) the chariot (ratham). whose (kasya) evolutionary (brahmani) fighting spirit (ranyatho) our (vayam) both (vam) heat up the (usma) desire/sacrifices (istaye)

pauraṃ cid dhy udaprutam paura paurāya jinvathaḥ |
yad īṃ gṛbhīta tātaye siṃham iva druhas pade ||
The increaser/exciter (pauram) of the cid and dhi (consciousness/force/cause) and thoughts/flux/effect causes the flow (uda prutam), the increaser/exciter (paura) the conqueror (jinvatah) by increasing/exciting (pauraya). Which (yad) captures (grbhita) Like (iva) a lion (simham) that capture (grbhita) assaulting (tataye) lion (simham) like (iva) enemies (druhas) by its feet (pade).

existent/present (asti) only (hi) both (vam) here (iha) the hymns/verses/expressions (stota) to us (asmasi) both (vam) equally seen (samdrsi) interacting/evolving materials of the Universe/prosperity (zriye) having heard (zrutam) my/not (ma) gone/departed (gatam) by pushing down/suppressed (avoh-bhih) expressed thunderbolt/em interaction (vajini) atomic matter forms (vasu).

These expressed EM discharges (thunderbolts) are those that carry away the mortal forms (like a thief), in multiples (ways or places). They are the vehicles of intelligence for the wise in the evolutionary sacrifice or yajna.

of both (a vam) chariots (ratho) of the chariots (rathanam) going best/swift/rapid (yestha) going (yat) electromagnetic field (asvina) multiple (puru) consiocusness (cid) our life (asmayus) carrying across (tira) moving rapidly (angusa) mortal (martya) arrow (isva)

well-being (zam) you both (vam) weak force (madhu) you both (yuva) our (asmakam) becomes/manifests (astu) repeatedly/done (carkrtih). on this side/recent (arvacina) unconscious (vicetasa) by apparently (avibhih), deliver (diyatam) like an eagle/hawk (zyena eva)

asvins which (yad) place (dha) at any time (karhi) consciousness (cid) is heard (sruyatam) in this (imam) sacrifice (havam) in the vasus (vasvir) you auspicious both (su vam) branches (bhuja) they mix/mingle/unite (prncanti) you auspicious both (su vam) the mixers/uniters (prcah)
