Executive Summary of Rgveda Mandala 1 Hymn 182
Electromagnetic fields are of two kinds. Dasra, the near electromagnetic field and nAsatya the far electromagnetic field of electromagnetic radiation.
Dasra creates the assemblies of matter forms, molecular clouds that learn and evolve further. These clouds are made of 'vasus'. Vasus are matter forms made of atoms with different states of matter. These are the 'abodes' of intelligence evolution.
These matter forms when they learn and evolve they get the property of nAsatyavata or Electromagnetic radiation. This is the stellar nucleosynthesis or the 'mahah loka' that produces light, like our own Surya/Sun.
Taugryas, the charged matter forms (for eg protons) get crushed (though they repel) in the mahah loka and it produces radiation/electromagnetic far field or nAsatya, carried by electromagnetic four potentials. These four potentials are characterized as four ships.
The radiation is filled with Atman and is like a bird that flies across. Like the feathers of a bird drop, the Atman filled electromagnetic radiation drops 'manas' amongst the 'devas'. Manas is the 'desire' to evolve further and become the abode of evolving intelligence. Since in the assemblies of Soma (chemical compounds etc) the impinging electromagnetic radiation makes these matter forms to evolve more, asvins are said to invoke the manas.
Summary of the Rgveda Mandala 1 Hymn 182
The chariots /asvins/electromagnetic field adorn the molecular clouds. These masculine sprinklers, excite the learned/evolving thinkers in the molecular clouds. The abode made of vasus promotes the intelligence, creating well the planetary systems and its offspring with perfect laws.
This abode of intelligence (made of vasus) is supreme of Indra. The electromagnetic field mediated by virtual photons, the dasra is the supreme of Maruts, supreme of the chariots with wonderful strength.
Vasus are matter forms (with mass) made of atoms (with protons in nucleus) in different states. Intelligence evolves on these Vasus or Vasus are the abode of the Intelligence evolution.
Indra, the energy making the Proton, is an Aditya. Indra, the protons makes the vasus, the atomic matter. Hence Indra is also called 'Vasava'. The abode of intelligence made of Vasus is said to be the Supreme of the Indra.
This chariot of electromagnetic field mediated by virtual photons (the dasra) accumulates the particles that are subjected to weak decay completely. Those particles acquire the property of giving out, like the electromagnetic radiation.
What there the dasra (electromagnetic field mediated by virtual photons) makes of what nearby particles, some situated/placed as non-oblations.? Such misers, particles that do not evolve in the sacrifice, decay out their life in the desire for Order. The flame of the 'learned' or 'evolving' (that becomes the oblations) only makes themselves audible. (The particles that become 'oblations' of evolutionary sacrifice evolve. Others are 'misers' which decay out in the quest for Universal order.)
Asvins, the electromagnetic field, crush matter forms (endowed with matter) that 'hear', on all sides, eliminating the enemies of the assembly of matter forms. Expressions after expressions decay creating gifted matter forms that invoke our nasatyavata, the property of electromagnetic radiation/light.
Tugra is the energy that forcefully seizes. Taugryas are charged matter forms (like protons, ions) that attract or repel away each other.
Mahah Loka is the 'world' of the 'Stellar nucleo-synthesis' which produces electromagnetic radiation. Taugryas are the charged matter forms that get compressed (proton - proton fusion) in the process of stellar nucleosynthesis in the stars and produce electromagnetic radiation or light. The electromagnetic radiation let out are the 'soul/Atman-filled birds'.
The taugryas/charged matter forms/protons struck away by the electromagnetic interaction inside are struck together intangibly (without any physical influence) in darkness (without any external influence). The four ships of the womb adorned by, arising from the asvins, the electromagnetic field/radiations charge/fill the 'desire'/attraction.

What is 'manas'..? 'manas' is the 'desire' to evolve into more intelligent forms. How do they deliver this desire..? This desire to evolve is carried in four ships and delivered amongst the devas.
What are these four ships of asvins, the electromagnetic field that deliver the 'desire' or 'manas' to the assemblies of matter forms..? They are the electromagnetic four potentials, which are 1 electric scalar potential and 3 magnetic vector potential. The electromagnetic four potential are the four 'ships' of the electromagnetic field in which forces from taugryas are reached to the matter forms that desire to evolve.
How..?
Whatever reverberation of taugryas that are left out of their embrace, attached to a tree/cover of radiation. The radiation produced from mahah loka, stellar nucleo-synthesis mediated by real photons (electromagnetic radiation or light) is the bird that carries the soul. To this bird, like the feathers cling to a bird and get dropped at different places, 'manas' clings to this bird and gets dropped to the 'hearer' (whoever receives this electromagnetic field)
The electromagnetic field of the Electromagnetic radiation becomes nearly the mortal matter when they invoke the 'manas' in the expressions of matter.
So the electromagnetic field mediated by real photons invoke the manas in the assemblies of matter forms made of Soma. Soma is the 'Strong force', which binds the atomic nucleus. When such atoms interact through electromagnetic field they become huger 'assemblies' of matter forms as in molecular clouds, chemical compounds etc.
When electromagnetic radiation or light produced from clouds undergoing stellar nucleosynthesis, like our own Sun, the mahah loka, strikes on these matter assemblies, the 'manas' is invoked in them and helps the matter forms to evolve more.
Manas is the 'desire' to evolve more and become the abode of intelligence. Since light and its associated electromagnetic field multiplies and evolves the matter forms to beings of more intellgence, this radiation is said to invoke the 'manas' in them.
Now in our assemblies connected to Soma, the knowledge of these settlements (with manas) increase abundantly. Thus these knowledge settlements multiply abundantly due to asvins, the electromagnetic field.

dhiyaṃjinvā dhiṣṇyā viśpalāvasū divo napāta sukṛte śucivratā ||
